Yes, you can always contact us for an online consultation. With prior booking, the counseling session can be done in the morning or Evening any day for 10 minutes per patient. But for online counseling, you have to contact us to provide the following details.

At MSDH, we take COVID-19 precautions very seriously, with Standard COVID Prevention Protocol being followed with Every patient getting treated every day.

We have step-by-step COVID-19 protocols for all doctors, staff, and patients.

• For Doctors and Staffs:
  • Daily Screening with Thermal Gun and Pulse Oximetry
  • Completely Ventilated Rooms with proper air circulations
  • Compulsory PPE for all Staffs & Doctors
  • Proper Sterilisation of the Hospital Premises
  • MSDH has a high-end sterilization facility to sterilize all equipment after each patient, and the hospital premises are sanitized regularly at frequent time intervals.
• For Patients:
  • Initial COVID-19 Screening for Patients with Telephone related to fever, cold & contact with covid patients
  • The patients will be screened again with a Temperature check on the entrance, Oxygen Saturation checks with Pulse Oximetry, and the patient must be sanitized.
  • Patients with COVID-19 symptoms such as Common cold and Coughs also won’t be allowed to enter.
  • Inside MSDH, we strictly maintain Physical Distance with One patient at a time.
  • Gowns and head caps are provided to patients.
  • All equipment, including dental chairs, is thoroughly sterilized with covid disinfectants after each patient.
  • One must provide a PCR negative report for the Aerosol generating procedure for airborne treatment like RCT.

At MSDH, all privacies are reserved for patients without fail. We take records to discuss and develop a treatment plan. At MSDH, we do not disclose patient’s images anywhere without the patient’s consent or voiding medical ethics.
